CameraWare is very different from your standard webcam site. It’s more like Camfrog in that you download a program to use to check out chicks. However, unlike Camfrog, which I think is a very fun program, CameraWare isn’t that great. So what exactly is CameraWare?

First off, CameraWare says it’s completely free. While this is true, the free version really isn’t that useful. For one thing, the quality is absolutely horrible! Sure, you can see nude chicks for free (although not that many black babes), but the images are so bad that it’s not really worth it. Second, unless you buy a monthly license (prices range from $14.95 for a month to around a hundred dollars for a few years, which isn’t really that bad of a deal), you’ll get kicked offline about every five minutes. I know a lot of sites kick you out of free chat, but when compared to Camfrog, which lets you chat as long as you want, CameraWare doesn’t look that good.

Once you download the CameraWare software, it’s time to find a community. There aren’t that many listed on the CameraWare website, and as far as I know, these are the only communities out there. Some are in foreign languages, and some of the links don’t even work anymore. I couldn’t find any black chicks online to watch, and the girls I did find just weren’t that exciting (but again, it may have been the poor cam quality).

There’s not much else to review when it comes to CameraWare. The quality is bad, but it’s not that expensive to upgrade to the licensed version. However, I don’t really think it’s worth it because there are very few people using CameraWare so I’m going back to ifriends and camcontacts, sure I might have to pay a few bucks but at least I’ll actually get to see something I want!
